1. Improve your Coordination
Once you've learnt to Snakeboard, its like riding a bike, you will have a skill for life. The movement however at the beginning is quite unnatural and takes your full focus as well as a few days of constant practice to engrain it into your muscle memory.
It is a huge challenge of coordination, that once solved, you will reap the benefits both on and off the board.
2. Improve your Balance
Riding any board requires you to work on your balance. Riding a Snakeboard is no different and will improve your balance over time. You will engage your core keeping you centre of gravity the right side of the wheels, increase you reaction time in micro adjustments when your balance is thrown off and gain confidence every time you ride.
3. A Fun way to Burn Calories
Getting your cardio done is much easier when its so much fun to do. Snakeboarding provides a full body workout, engaging your core for balance, your upper body for powering the board along as well as of course getting in leg day! Especially when going uphill!
